I didn't start MAC MEDIA MGMT to be another social media manager. I started it because I kept seeing the same thing. Talented, passionate business owners with real brands, real products, and real potential, being underserved by marketing that was surface-level, disconnected, and never quite tied to where they actually wanted to go.

I knew there was a better way to do this.

My background spans brand development, content strategy, social media, event production, and business consulting. But more than the skill set, what I bring to every client partnership is a way of thinking.

Strategic first, creative always, and relentlessly focused on outcomes that matter to your business, not just your feed.

MAC MEDIA MGMT is built around one belief: that great marketing isn't about doing more. It's about doing the right things, in the right order, with a clear strategy behind every move.

How we think about marketing

Most businesses treat marketing like a collection of tasks. Post here, run an ad there, update the website, plan an event. Each piece exists in its own lane with no connection to the bigger picture.

We think about it differently.

The name honors my grandfather, Richard McDonald—known as “Papa Mac.” He’s been my greatest supporter, my #1 role model, and the entrepreneur who taught me to believe in what’s possible. His work ethic, creativity, and unwavering belief in me continue to shape how I show up for my clients and for myself.

Through MAC MEDIA MGMT, I carry the values he’s instilled in me: purpose, integrity, and the belief that when you lead with intention, your impact lasts.

This business carries his name and now, I have the privilege of carrying his story forward through mine.
